注意事項 (Precautions)
- 料金のお支払い方法は現金のみとなります。
Payment is cash only. - 予約は 2ヶ月前から受付いたします。
Reservations will be accepted from 2 months in advance. - すべてのお車は 禁煙車となります。
All cars are non-smoking. - すべてのお車は オートマ車となります。マニュアル車はありません。
All cars are automatic cars. There is no manual car. - 料金に含まれる保険料についてのご注意
About insurance included in the rental price - 釣りをするお客様には、えさや魚の臭いが付いてもいいように専用のお車の軽VANを用意しています。
通常仕様のお車をご利用になり､少しでも臭いが付いた場合クリーニング代を請求することがあります。
For fishing use customers, we offer a light VAN for your car.
If you use a normal specification car that uses fishing and happens fishing smells, we will claim a special cleaning charge. - ご返車の際、燃料は満タンでお願いします。セルフのガソリンスタンドをご利用の際は、満タン証明の取得をお願いします。
When returning, please fill up with full fuel. When using a self-service gas station, please obtain a full tank certificate.
レンタル当日の手順
(Procedure of the day)
①空港・港でピックアップ
(PICK UP at AIRPORT & PORT)
カーセンター八丈と書いたワゴン車で空港/港までお迎えにまいりますので、お荷物を受け取り空港の出口に出られましたら、カーセンター八丈までお電話ください。
We will pick you up at the airport or port with a white wagon written as “Car Center Hachijo”, so please call our shop(080-4373-3399) when receive your luggage and exit the airport.
送迎が必要ない方はご予約後、直接お店までお越しください。
If you do not need a pick-up, please come to the shop directly after making a reservation.
当店ではピックアップの際は運転手1名様のみ当店にお越し頂き、おひとりずつのご案内をさせて頂いております。
In order to prevent congestion at our shop, only one driver come to our shop during a pick-up, and at the reception.
空港の場合は出口を背にして左に歩いていただき、郵便ポストの前にお迎えの車が到着いたします。そちらで送迎車の到着をお待ちください。
At the airport, we will pick you up in front of the airport mailbox. (The mailbox is Outside and on the left with the airport arrival exit behind) Please wait until the pickup car arrives.
港の場合は、船が到着した待合所前の駐車場にあるバス停付近に送迎車が到着します。
In the case of the port, the pick-up car will arrive near the bus stop in the parking lot in front of the waiting area where the ship arrived.
②貸出票の記入
(Rental Contract)
運転免許証をお預かりし、貸出票を作成します。
At our shop only one person come to our shop and We accept your driver’s license and create a Rental Contract one by one.
貸出票記入時は消毒済のペンをお使い頂き、使用後のペン立てにお戻し下さい。他のお客さまがいらっしゃる場合は、申込書記入は一度事務所の外に出ていただき、ご記入ください。
記入が終わりましたら、再度事務所にお持ちください。
Please use a sanitized pen when filling out the rental contract, and return it to the used pen stand after use. If you have other customers, please fill out the rental contract once outside the office. When you have completed the information, please bring it back to the office.
なお、お支払いは前払いで現金のみとなっております。
Payment is Prepayment and CASH only.
③出発
(Departure)
それでは早速出発です！
Let’s go for a drive on the island.
カーナビは現在貸出しておりません。お渡ししている地図でご確認いただくか、ご自身のスマートフォンのGoogleMAPをお使いいただくことをおすすめしております。
We do not currently rent out car navigation systems. We recommend that you check the map you have provided or use Google MAP on your smartphone.
また運転者は必ず免許証を携行してください。
すべてのお車は 禁煙車となります。

何かお困りのことがありましたら、貸出時にお渡ししているマニュアルをご覧いただき、解決しない場合はお店までお電話ください。
If you have any problems, please refer to the manual provided at the time of the contract, and if the problem cannot be resolved, please call the store.
④返却
(Return)
ご返車の際、燃料は満タンでお願いします。
セルフのガソリンスタンドをご利用の際は、満タン証明の取得をお願いします。
When returning your car, please fill up with fuel.
When using a self-service gas station, please get a full tank certificate.
なお、ご利用期間の延長は必ず終了時間前までにご連絡ください。予約で一杯の場合はお断りすることもございます。
Please be sure to contact us before the end time to extend the usage period. We may decline if the reservation is full.
お車にキズをつけてしまった等、何かあれば返却時にお伝えください。なお予定を切り上げてご返車頂く場合、ご返金は出来ません。
If you have any damage to your car, please let us know when you return it. If you plan to cut back the schedule and return the vehicle, no refund will be given.

対物3万円、車両5万円の計8万円が自己負担となります。
A total of 80,000 yen, (30,000 yen for the object and 50,000 yen for the vehicle) will be payable by you.
免責補償(1日/1000円)
Additional insurance(1000yen/per day)
対物、車両ともに自己負担ゼロになります。
A total of 80,000 yen, (30,000 yen for the object and 50,000 yen for the vehicle) with payment obligation is free.
また事故を起こし、修理が必要の際は、保険とは別に休車補償がかかります。
In the case of an accident or need for repair, you will be charged for compensation for the resting times the rental car, apart from insurance.
